Bob shared that he received a response from the City & County regarding the water or sewer pipe. He understands that they have not used the pipe for many years and it could possibly be put on the list for removal.

The City & County is planning to open the berm next week and Bob stated that the lake level will drop and may not come back up as they are opening it one week later than our preferred schedule.

Discussion regarding increasing the encroachment fee to $800 and transfer fee to $200 will be continued at the next meeting due to time constraints.
