Enchanted Lake Residents Association, Board Meeting, July 14, 2015
Present: Greg Colbert, Margaret Novack (by phone), Bob Molyneux, Rod Castanha, Kelly Adams, George Lingle, Stephen Kofsky, Shannon Oshiro
Linda Paul (Attorney), Gus Gustavson (Litigation Committee), Cindy Turner (Webmaster), Melody Spencer (Administrative Assistant)
Absent: Michele Compton, Doug Kroll, Alan Richardson, Bob Bourke (Scientific advisor)
A quorum was declared and the meeting called to order at 7:11 pm.
Approval of Minutes The minutes for the June 16, 2015 meeting were reviewed and approved.
Ongoing Business:
Financial Report Greg informed the Board of an anticipated bill from attorney Linda Paul for the last several months. Stephen motioned the Board to authorize payment. It was seconded by Bob and all were in favor.
Executive Session:
The board went into Executive Session to discuss the update/status of ongoing litigation.
Return to Regular Session:
Margaret motioned for the Board to authorize the Litigation Committee (Greg, Bob and Stephen) to negotiate a settlement in mediation, on behalf of the ELRA, to get the best deal possible. With a second from Kelly, the motion passed.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:11 pm.
